Mainstream campaign organisation for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State,  the Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organisation Foot Soldiers (LACO-FS), has rejoiced with Christians, especially those in Ondo State, on the occasion of Easter celebrations.

The body, in a statement by its State Director of Information, Mr Kayode Fasua, expressed delight at the atmosphere of peace, love, and religious tolerance prevailing in the state, for which the Christian community joined other religious groups to sustain.

The LACO-FS urged the Christian faithful to take a deep reflection on the crucifixion and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, who sacrificed his life for the salvation of mankind.

It noted, however, that Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa is immensely pleased with the atmosphere of love and religious tolerance in Ondo State, which has contributed in no small measure in helping his administration to carry all along, in the ongoing development drive.

“Such connotes love, forgiveness, forbearance, and tolerance, which if applied in our individual lives, will yield great, positive transformation.

“The Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency,  Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa  is particularly impressed with the culture of religious harmony and tolerance for which our good people of Ondo State have been known, and he urges that such should be sustained as it is a catalyst for society’s development and general wellbeing.
