The Okun Development Association (ODA) has announced the postponement of its Annual General Meeting, initially scheduled for March 27, 2025, at Iyara Ijumu as a mark of respect for the late wife of Obaro of Kabba, Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi.
Despite this postponement, ODA will proceed with the Stakeholders Summit to address other pressing issues in Okunland.
The launch of ODA’s official website will also take place as planned, providing a centralized platform for:
– Global connections among Okun sons and daughters
– Centralized information on ODA, its activities, and Okunland
– Easy membership management and access to benefits
– Job listings and opportunities for Okun youths
– Cultural exchange and understanding through showcase of Okunland’s heritage
– News and updates on community events and developments
