“My brother-in-law is yet to bring my husband back despite selling his properties to raise funds. He has also refused to disclose any details about his negotiations with the kidnappers”
Mrs. Temitayo Mosaku, a businesswoman based in Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State, has accused her brother-in-law, Mr. Nurudeen Sayid Mosaku, of kidnapping her husband, Abiodun Waheed Mosaku, and making multiple attempts to take her life.
In an exclusive interview with NewsHeadline247, Mrs. Mosaku narrated a harrowing series of events, alleging that Mr. Nurudeen claimed her husband had been abducted and that the kidnappers demanded a ransom of fifty million naira (N50,000,000) for his release, an amount she said they cannot afford. She further stated that her brother-in-law sold her husband’s properties to raise a mere twenty million naira (N20,000,000), yet her husband’s whereabouts remain unknown as of the time of filing this report.
“My brother-in-law is yet to bring my husband back despite selling his properties to raise funds. He has also refused to disclose any details about his negotiations with the kidnappers,” Mrs. Mosaku said.
Suspicious Circumstances and Alleged Attacks
Two weeks after her husband’s alleged abduction and the sale of his properties, Mrs. Mosaku claimed that Mr. Nurudeen orchestrated an attack on her. According to her, disguised as armed robbers, the supposed kidnappers invaded her shop, stole valuables, and assaulted her so severely that she lost her pregnancy.
“The attackers beat me mercilessly and dragged me on the floor, causing me to lose my pregnancy. I fainted in a pool of my own blood before neighbors came to my rescue and took me to the hospital,” she recounted.
Seeking Justice
Mrs. Mosaku emphasized that despite these horrifying experiences, she has continued to seek justice. She claims to have filed a police report. However, she insists that her husband’s fate remains uncertain and fears for her own safety and that of her child.
She is calling on authorities to investigate the matter thoroughly and ensure justice is served.
