CRISTIANO RONALDO did not hold back when opening up his opinion on some of his former coaches.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has had a variety of success under different managers, from being the best in the world to fallouts

The former Manchester United star has played under 19 different managers during his career, including interim coaches.

This includes the likes of Jose Mourinho, Carlo Ancelotti, Sir Alex Ferguson, Zinedine Zidane and Massimiliano Allegri

Under those four he won multiple titles across England, Spain and Italy.

However, he has also played  under the guidance of Erik ten Hag, Rudi Garcia and Maurizio Sarri.

Ronaldo, 39, famously fell out with Ten Hag during his second spell at Old Trafford.

The Portuguese star refused to be subbed on against Tottenham in October 2022, which led to him being dropped from the team.

Ronaldo ultimately left the club after a bombshell interview with Piers Morgan led to his contract being terminated.

It was in this interview that he hit out at the Dutchman and his predecessor, Ralf Rangnick.

He has now opened up his opinion of some of his former managers and admitted some are “clueless”.

He told El Chiringuito: “I learned from everyone. I had some really bad coaches.

“Some of them don’t have a f***ing clue about football at all.”

During the interview, Ronaldo was also asked about his rivalry with Argentine star Lionel Messi.

Between 2008 and 2023, the pair won 13 Ballon d’Or titles, with Messi winning three more than Ronaldo’s five.

They often went head to head during their time in LaLiga at Real and Barcelona.

However, Ronaldo has insisted there is no bad blood between the two and that they “get along”.

He said: “I have a good relationship with Leo Messi.

“I was translating him in English at an award ceremony too.

“It was funny. It was a healthy rivalry, we got along.”

Ronaldo also took some time to offer advice to Kylian Mbappe.

The French forward joined Ronaldo’s former club Real Madrid in the summer and has netted 21 goals in 33 appearances.

Ronaldo added: “I like him a lot, and not just because of the story ‘when I was young I adored Cristiano Ronaldo and he was my idol’, but I really see him as a star and he will bring a lot of joy to Real Madrid.

“I watch the games from time to time because my son Mateo really likes Mbappe.
