The Association of Oyemekun Grammar School, Akure, Old Boys Association (OGSA), Lagos branch has elected Mr. Ayotunde Ogunmodede as its Chairman to pilot the affairs of the association for the next three years.
Other elected exco members included, Mr. Femi Adejayan-Vice Chairman, Mr. Kehinde Oyinleye-General Secretary, Mr. Tajudeen Jimoh-Asst. General Secretary, Mr. Likolo Olufemi-Treasurer, Mr. Kayode Isaac-PRO and Mr. Abiola Obafemi-Financial Secretary.
Ogunmodede, in his acceptance speech said; “I am here before you today, humbled and honored to have been elected as your chairman. I am deeply grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in me, and I pledge to work tirelessly to serve our association and its members.
“First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to each and every one of you for your support and participation in our elections. Your engagement and enthusiasm are what make our association strong, and I am committed to ensuring that our collective voices are heard.
“To my fellow executive committee members, I look forward to working closely with each of you to drive our association’s mission forward. Your expertise, experience, and dedication will be invaluable in shaping our strategies and achieving our goals.
“To our outgoing chairman and executive committee, I extend my sincerest gratitude for your leadership, guidance, and legacy. Your selfless service has laid a solid foundation for us to build upon.
“As we embark on this new chapter, We will strive to create opportunities, foster collaboration, and advocate for the interests of our members.
“Thank you once again for this privilege. I am eager to listen, learn, and lead. Together, let us achieve greatness.”
