Popular OAP, Adeola Orisile Up her game, Joins Experts at 2nd World Media Conference in UK

Popular On-Air Personality, Adeola Orisile who have carved a niche for herself in the broadcasting Industry is not resting on her laurels. Her desire to become world class in her choosing career made her join participants all over the world at the 2nd edition of the World Media Conference which was held from August 26th to 28th, 2022 in United Kingdom.

Orisile who represented RadioLagos 107.5FM and Eko 89.7Fm at the conference said it was a gathering of academics and media practitioners from around the world to network, learn, discourse sundry issues as regards professional practice of the Media.

Alhaja Adeola Orisile added that the conference which also borders on issues relating to the media and interpersonal communication, use of new media, censorship of social media content, and use of digital tools among others was a training at the right time.

Speaking about her experience at the event, Orisile said the Media and communication conference was engaging, interactive, and entertaining adding that participants connected and exchanged pleasantries.In her words; “It was a great delight to participate at the 2nd World Conference on Media and Communication as a representative of RadioLagos 107.5FM and Eko 89.7Fm that held at Murray Edwards College, Huntingdon Road, Cambridge, United Kingdom from the 26th to 28th August 2022. “The first day of the hybrid session was a delight as we had participants from diverse cultures, ethnicity, color, and religion.”

Speaking on activities of participants from across the world, Orisile said they had Academics and researchers who delivered papers brilliantly on salient issues relating to the media and interpersonal communication.According to her, there was a discourse on the use of new media, censorship of social media content, use of digital tools, and lots more.“The Media and communication conference was engaging, interactive and entertaining. Participants networked and exchanged pleasantries.“There was a walking tour of some of the historic sites in central Cambridge. Participants were awarded certificates of participation. Indeed it was a worthwhile experience,” She said.Orisile, while expressing gratitude to all that concern extended special appreciation to the UK mission in Nigeria and the organizers of the conference, “Many thanks to UK mission in Nigeria and the organizers of the event.”
