Former deputy governorship candidate of ZLP in Ondo state, Engr. Gboye Adegbenro has advocated for what he described as the ”entrenchment of a true democratic system” to move Nigeria forward.
He also warned on the need for the electorate to ensure they take advantage of the coming 2023 election to elect the candidate that will impact meaningfully on their lives.
In a statement released in Akure, the Ondo State capital in commemoration of the June 12 celebration, the former Commissioner for works said “Now that another general election is around the corner, it is pertinent for every Nigerian with permanent voter’s cards (PVC) to take their destinies in their hands by voting for the right candidate they believe would be able to rescue the nation from the current socio-economic and political challenges” .
